[HELP]phone doesnot work...

After I flash the touch pro(SPRINT) to MightyROM5, the phone does not work any more, it's a special sign on the screen. and I re-flash it to an old rom, the sign still there...
what is that meaning? how can I fix it?
anyone can help with it?

Hi Bud,

I'm on Verizon and not too familiar with Sprint Service.. However I am very experienced with Mighty Rom 5 and issues people have. That symbol shows that your device is not connecting to your Sprint service. From what I understand with Sprint you have to update the PRI/PRL's. It's a simple thing to do from what I've seen. Don't panick

Download the file from the following url and install to your device:

Soft Reboot and see if its working again.

Also you should have posted this in the Mighty Rom 5 thread. Theres a lot of Sprint people that use Mighty Rom

If any sprint people see this please correct me if I'm wrong.

That just means that your radio is off or not responding. Go to your comm manager and click the 1st one -Phone. or verify that it is in the ON position. That should help.
And yes i forgot. Do the PRL and Profile update lordshadowz you are right

The cab file has been installed, and the phone is reboot, but looks like nothing changed...

I did flash a radio("1.07.06f herman radio RUU" from this forum), and that sign still there...

did you do a hard reset? after you flashed


check that your radio is on... right now i am on Juicy latest. i did notice how in the command manager it shows like its off but radio is on... and when it shows on the radio is off... its mixed up... but it works so i dont worry


check that... turn it off, soft reset, then see what happens... turn it on and soft reset then check again


dont try to download a bunch of stuff cause that may not help you.

you can check the prl too before you change that

I have this same problem and nothing is working... I guess i will try to flash a new rom and radio...
