Re: Voicemail number not my number

Can someone point me in the right direction in modifying my espt? So far I know what to do to get into edit mode but not what I should edit to fix this.

Re: Voicemail number not my number

OK so I think I have a solution to my problem. I changed my voicemail number to my correct phone number manually as suggested in posts above. Then I went into edit espt and and reset my active profile. This did a soft reset. Then went back into edit espt and set my active profile back to 1. I did a hard reset to verify that my settings had stayed and they did.

Re: Voicemail number not my number

I just looked at this. What ever name comes up when you call your voicemail, edit that name. I am sure in that name you will find your phone number as one of their contacts. Remove the number, and it shoudl show your number when you dial your voicemail once again!

BE SURE if you use any application to back up contacts, that you re-save all your contacts. This should resolve 'flashing a rom' and importing your contacts with the number saved again.
