I just looked at this. What ever name comes up when you call your voicemail, edit that name. I am sure in that name you will find your phone number as one of their contacts. Remove the number, and it shoudl show your number when you dial your voicemail once again!

BE SURE if you use any application to back up contacts, that you re-save all your contacts. This should resolve 'flashing a rom' and importing your contacts with the number saved again.
