certain versions of wm7 WILL have multitouch, thats already confirmed

as for the zune and its multitouch capability rumour, well, my guess would be that its not a communication device and that might be what apple has the patent for

remember with the palm pre coming out and its multitouch capabilities, apple has already threatened to take action against them
