Vibrate more

I did a search already and couldnt really find a clear answer, when i receive a txt msg i would like my phone to vibrate for a longer period of time. i.e vibrate pulse for like 5 sec. Anyone know is it just a registry edit or a program that can change it

Thanks in advance
