Arcsoft MMS 5.0.82.79 From Sprint With Threading MMS

It don't think the insert function works in 6.5 just 6.1.

If its a .cab file you just put the file on your phone somewhere and click on it to install. If it's an .exe most likely you will need to use active sync and run the exe installer off your PC. If its zip or rar you will up have extract the files to a location on your phone and then click on them to install.

I haven't been able to get receive picture mail for quite some time now and I'm just now getting around to trying to figure out why.

I ran the uninstaller, performed soft reset, installed latest arcsoft, then did another soft reset. The option to send mms shows up and I am able to send. The problem I'm having is that I can't receive on my phone. If I log into sprint picture mail online, everything that people have tried to send me (including new pics from today after the new installation) is there. Why isn't anything being sent to my phone?

Try sending your website password to your phone... like you're going to log in but don't know what it is.. then log in from your phone, then send yourself a pic from the website... sometimes that kicks it in gear. Also do you have codypersonalizer loaded? that is the program that changes the "sprint" on the home screen to any thing you want... that usually interferes with receiving pictures though doesn't hurt the send...

No, I don't have codypersonalizer loaded. I will try the password trick and report back.

EDIT: It didn't work It also might be beneficial to add that I can't fully uninstall Arcsoft version 5.0.69.44. When I go to remove it, I get a message saying that it can't be fully uninstalled and to press OK to remove it from the programs list, but it doesn't remove it...

I've run that over..and over...and over again. The sprint picture mail program is gone (I believe it is) but the 5.0.69.44 version of Arcsoft won't go away. It still shows up no matter how many times I try to manually remove (or run the remove .cab) in my "Remove Progams" under "Settings." The new version (5.0.82.79) just installs and doesn't say it's going to remove any previous Arcsoft applications.

does anyone know if its possible to have the email servers keep the emails but be able to delete them off my phone? i know its possible because i had something similar on the mogul back then where i was able to get the new emails, but delete them off my phone after i read them... this new arcsoft mms doesnt have that option for me to keep the read emails on the server? thanks
