Just had a question, might sounds stupid but I'm new to this. . .downloaded the arcsoft cab at the beginning of this thread but when i extract there is 60 files and none seem like cab files. . .help please

the file that you're downloading is the cab. don't extract it

Thank you very much, worked perfectly once I did what you said. . but New problem is occuring. . .I have a sprint diamond with the Everything Messaging, when I try and send a pic with a text (mms) it tries connecting to my data, I get the good old Error 067 registration message. .

i have a touch pro CDMA (Verizon) MMS works but was looking to increase the size limit being sent and did registry edit which now show the new size limit increased (5.3M) ... tried to send a video (4.3M) but not allowing me to be sent , i get an error stating that file is to large to be sent ...

so even though i change the size limit, it wouldn't matter cause the other party would have to change the size limit as well regardless of carrier for them to be able to receive the MMS right?

it's suppose to connect to data. that's how MMS is sent and received. So, are you saying that your data doesn't work? Like, does internet explorer work and stuff?

no theres no data on the plan, but ive been able to connect before and should be able to connect for mms but i cant figure out how to make it work

if you don't have data on your plan, then you can't send or receive mms. you have to have mms on your plan too. if you can't open internet explorer and surf the net, then you cant send or receive mms. maybe i'm misunderstanding you. you say you have no data on your plan, but you say you've been able to connect before, so i'm confused i guess. unless you were surfing on wi-fi? or maybe you just pay per kilobyte? you have to figure out what's wrong with your data connection first. try doing the update profile. maybe that will fix the regestration error

were you connecting through wifi connection, if so that still won't allow you to send mms

When I receive a video message, first the message only shows as the first frame of the video with sound. Second it's only 4 seconds long. When I try to save it, there are two files, a .qcp and a jpeg. I don't have an actual video file to save.

I need some help
