I've tried the uninstall and re-install. Still does it..

Oh well..I can deal with it. Maybe somebody smarter than me will figure it out.

Is anyone else having an issue with getting your picture mails when you have it set to automatically download? for some reason when its set to auto, I cant see them, and when I click on the MMS message it only gives me the message options and a greyed out "download" button. If I set it to manual all works fine I just have to click a button and wait a few seconds for the pic to download.

I would assume it's grey'd out due to being set to automatic, but I am not sure why you don't actually get them automatically... it's working ok for me. Sorry man!

Has anyone else experienced a problem with the time setting on the messages. My texts and pictures are coming in fine except that the time is an hour off. I haven't dug too far into to it yet...just wondering if I was the only one.

Hmmm weird. I guess Ill just have to manually download them every time. Not too much of an issue. But even after I set it to manual, I still cant go back and download the messages that were sent when it was on automatic and I have no way of opening them even though they are on the device. Im going to uninstall arcsoft and reinstall + soft reset and see what happens.

I installed Arcsoft 5.082.79 and can't find it on my phone? I looked under programs and nothing is there??
