It's a statement, I have my ringtones on the SD card because I use UC to run SDConfig anytime I flash my phone. They copy from my SD card to \My Documents\My Ringtones during UC. I don't want them seen by music on my SD thus removed the extensions. They copy to my phone with the extension.

Re: music location

What I do in order to find all my music to play on the manilla tap in TP is Library>Genres> and select Unkown>and select just one of the music files and it will start to play. Once you're back on the manilla screen just press up or down and it will play all the files from that selection you just made and nothing else. This is the way I've manage my TP for it not to play my ringtones.

why do you have your ringers on the device at all? ALL of mine are on my SD card and I use call surprise and it pulls them all from the card. But even before I used call surprise ALL of my ringers showed up when I went to change a ringer. No worries about phone lagging here b/c of all the ringers on the phone itself.
