Thats the relocker I've been trying to use. It goes through everything fine, but when the progress bar should start filling up, I get the error message. What are the chances of Sprint overlooking the unlocked status on the phone?

It's very likely they will overlook that, but it's best that you try to avoid the gamble. Did you read through the entire first post here, Especially the "Preparation before flash". Are you sure you're getting the Invalid Model ID Error?

Does it matter that it says RAPH at the top, and Hermann in the middle of the bootload screen?](*,)

This doesn't matter. It's suppose to say that.

You're probably trying to flash a rom for the wrong model phone. Which rom are you trying to flash and show me where you are getting it from. Also, put your phone into bootloader mode and tell me what it says on the first 2 lines under "Security Unlocked"

you need to have the 37 unlocker for the sprint touch pro. make sure you have that, then try again. make sure you are using the rom update utility for a touch pro and not the diamond.

I did run the 37 unlocker, the RUU utility said it completed successfully however the bootloader screen still showed 25. I was able to reload the factory rom but still no luck loading either empirom or sense. thanks...

follow the steps closely here to flash and then confirm that you have the 37.cmonex hspl http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42503

I reloaded .37 again, this time boot loader confirmed .37, new rom loaded fine. Thanks for your help. (note to self, no drinking while trying to flash phone!)
