I did download the radio from this forum and I am absolutely sure I have a Touch Pro!!? I am pretty sure I remember forking over major bucks for a sliding qwerty keyboard phone a number of months back...the phone does identify itself as a RAPH800 and I have a custom ROM on it now (KK's)...not sure why we are still trying to figure out what phone I have. The problem is perhaps as you allude to the radio updater I downloaded from this thread:

I grabbed the Telus radio download at that thread:

When I used it, I got the invalid ID error and the RUU had a Diamond phone pictured in it which I had initially assumed was just left in the RUU by Juggalo_X

Any other ideas???

i didn't mean to insult your intelligence or anything like that. It's just a common mistake people make, so i thought that would be your problem. I have helped a whole lot of people do this and that's always the problem with the invalid model id error. Can you put the phone into bootloader and tell me what it says in there? Have you tried flashing the radio from the mem card?

I haven't tried flashing radio from microSD yet. Is that easier?
My Bootloader screen indicates the following information:
Security Unlocked
Raph800 MFG
SPL-0.25.CMONEX
MicroP-Raph (LED) v0C85
MicroP-Raph (KEY) v0685
PSOC-Raph STAGE_EVT v 20

I see your problem. You used the wrong unlocker. You have a sprint touch pro, right? If so, you need the .37 one. here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42503
Yes...it's pretty easy flashing from mem card. But you should be able to flash through computer once you flash the correct spl.

I'm having kind of a similar issue. I need to bring my tp back to sprint for repairs on the keyboard, but I can't relock. I flashed the stock rom no problem, but get the 244 error message when i try and relock. on the bootload screen its showing
RAPH800
SPL-0.37.CMONEX
MicroP-Hermann (LED) v0C85
MicroP-Hermann (KEY) v0685
PSOC-Raph STAGE_EVT v20

Any ideas? The last thing i need is to get caught by a sprint tech.

:headbang: Are you trying to relock with cmonex's relocker? If you used his unlocker .37 for CDMA Touch Pro's here is the relocker you need.

Thats the relocker I've been trying to use. It goes through everything fine, but when the progress bar should start filling up, I get the error message. What are the chances of Sprint overlooking the unlocked status on the phone?
