I'm not sure which roadside assistance you're referring to but the breakdown is supposed to be $4 for the ESRP which is just an extended warranty and $4 discounted to $3 for the Asurion insurance premium.
The ESRP is at the very least worth it. Insurance maybe not so much because of the deductible, but if you're phone breaks, ESRP will replace it 90% of the time for free, provided its not water damaged or like in a 1,000 pieces or something.
