Re: Dropped my phone(Sprint) HELP!
Did the InvisaSheild tear in the process? I know if it tear or cuts for any reason they will replace that, but I don't know if they would cover the phone since that is the reason for InvisaSheild, to reduce the chance of scratches and chips. Just a thought.

Re: Dropped my phone(Sprint) HELP!
thsy will replace the phone just bring it in to the nearest asc(authorized service center) im telling you we know of the problem and were told to replace it as long as there is no liquid damage or physical damage. we see alot of the touch pros coming in for freezing issues and the sprint tv not working, but over 75% of the phones have the chrome coming off, and i also have 4 employees at my store that has that phone and has the same issue so it is a known issue.

Re: Dropped my phone(Sprint) HELP!
verizon is a little different from sprint, here in atlanta, all the verizon stores are corporately owned, the reverse for sprint, in the corporate stores of verizon you always get mixed answers, most of the time, they will just replace your phone, because they dont care about the money they lose on a day to day basis, sprint on the other hand has had to tighten up on the policies, especially with the service and repair centers that are indepentely owned, for instance, if we replace a phone and we send it back to the warehouse with physical or liquid damage , Sprint charges us back 400$ per device, so with us not wanting to lose money on every claim, we will turn down alot of repairs because we cant claim them. It sucks but thats the way it is.... Thank me to get my rep up.....
