Dropped my phone(Sprint) HELP!
 

Sooo I dropped my phone a few days ago. The chrome on my Touch Pro has started chipping, I only dropped the phone from the couch to the floor, and there was a small ding in it and the chrome chipped off in more than one place now, even with the Invisible Shield skin. I have TEP and my MEID hex is within the range of the faulty chrome phones, can I take it back to the store and get another? It's past 30 days, I don't mind paying a little to get a new, more stable one with flush keys and a battery cover that doesnt squeak. Can anyone tell me if I can take it back for a replacement? Lol dont laugh at the cat hair, my cats are psycho.

Don't the phones have a 1 year warranty, in which case, I don't see why it would be a problem.

Thank you so much, I mean my couch isnt high at all, its low to the ground and since that ding it got progressively worse day by day. Sucks, I have 4 cats in a studio apt, lol.

according to the asc's ( the service and repair centers) can replace the device it doesnt have to be within 30 days, and with them sending new touch pros out for ae's (advance exchanges) you will get a new one. all the service and repair centers were told of this problem and shouldnt give you any problems. please thank me to get my rep up.

my phone has been dropped chrome chipped off plus the home button is elevated. But I'm not on sprint so I'm wondering is it possible to get a trade in on my tp (its a sprint model just put on vzw's network LMAO)

Did the InvisaSheild tear in the process? I know if it tear or cuts for any reason they will replace that, but I don't know if they would cover the phone since that is the reason for InvisaSheild, to reduce the chance of scratches and chips. Just a thought.
