Sprint is so retarded it's not even funny anymore. By using an off net service for your voicemail you're actually saving them money, they don't have to store you VM messages anymore.. another reason I feel good for selling my stock after the earnings pop.

Maybe we should all email Dan hahaha - One tought tho, if you have the unlimited plan are you charged for forwarding? Probably burried in the fine print, I'm too lazy to look.

This doesn't work anymore, it's against the policy to change where the VM goes. You can set up your own foward by using the #72number but that's it.

nothing new there...did you not read the entire thread, or even the last 20-30 posts?

it didnt work for most from the getgo. This thread probably should get deleted as sprint has become privy to the information and there's no point in even trying anymore.

the people this works for are basically ripping off sprint but can you blame them? It's another loophole made by sprint's stupidity which is causing them to lose money. Just like SERO plans for people who aren't employees or have never even known a sprint employee and untraceable internet tethering. the only difference now is sprint has has told all it's employees about this "exploit" and they put a stop to it.

I really wish I got this working for myself though lol

Trying to get people to stop. It only gets you charged, and nobody likes charges. So just leave it be, someone should really note the top of this thread or erase it.

Epic Win indeed. It also doesn't help that he listed our direct line...

Why?
If I am understanding you correctly, you actually dont want this to work..and your point is.....

Sounds like you work for sprint??

Again, Why would you be happy that they now have a SH1TT1er product?

Unless I am reading you wrong...

She spoke with another tech who confirmed this issue as well. They ended up switching my VM back to the stock system. Looks like all you's who are not getting charged are lucky!
OUCH, leaving this crap ALONE for real.

Thanks for the info.

Mods should close this thread!

Re: How To: Set Up Visual Voicemail on your Sprint TP for Free

Well, all that being said,
Does anyone know if this can be acheived by just turning off the VM box totally, and having it all handled on the phone?? I guess this idea would work, but would require someone to write a low-resource hungry program to actually capture the audio clip and have it on the phone.

Maybe something a good mind here can figure out??

Or, is this not possible??
