if you paid by credit card....call up your cc company and tell them. you might be able to dispute the charge until they give you a new phone.

Yeah I thoght of that too. I used my Visa bank-card to do it & I might call my bank or Visa and see what they suggest.

Come on, now. That wacky tech that's working there isn't Einstein. Between here and XDA, there's enough brainpower to figure it out sooner or later and techno's paid well enough into this mess for a mostly broken phone at the very least. Unless we've got enough cash between users to help him out, I'd be more concerned about getting the basics working first.

Oook. Well I went back to the store and after 2 hours of haggling they finally agreed to give me my money back. What they did was supposedly apply the credit to my bank card last friday - however my bank still has no record of the transaction - so now I don't have the phone OR the money!!!!
I've about had it with these creeps. I think I'm going to have to start taking more serious actions. |
