Oook. Well I went back to the store and after 2 hours of haggling they finally agreed to give me my money back. What they did was supposedly apply the credit to my bank card last friday - however my bank still has no record of the transaction - so now I don't have the phone OR the money!!!!
I've about had it with these creeps. I think I'm going to have to start taking more serious actions.
