HTC Touch Pro - broken after 5 days.

There is a little trigger/sensor where you put the stylus in... connected by some very flimsy cheap plastic. Broken.

I guarantee this is going to be #1 failure component on these things.

*** UPDATE 12/25/2008 (same as post #20) :

So here's the problem....

1. Pull the stylus from your phone.
2. Make sure your sensor rocker switch is up.
3. Hold phone with power button towards your chest looking down on the sensor rocker switch...
4. Looking at it from this angle, the TOP part of my rocker switch is up.

This is the second phone I received like this, however my friends has the BOTTOM part of his rocker switch up. This is a critical assembly flaw.

Question: Which way is your rocker switch "ramp" facing?

If you can take a picture, that would be even better!

When I put my stylus in.... I am jamming against the wrong side of the ramp, like this:
-----stylus--> |\ <--sensor "ramp"

When my friend puts his in, he is going up the correct side of the ramp, smoothly depressing the sensor on the way in, like this:

----stylus-->/| <--- sensor "ramp"

All I can say is, you might consider this when buying your HTC touch Pro. I've seen 2 out of 3 with the part presumably being put on backwards.
