had this problem before... use the relocker to relock,, then unlock, then flash.. should work

I had same problem also. Make sure you put file on you device not on SD card and not into any folders make sure it is on the root of the device it will not find it if in any folders. Also if you are trying to flash from SD card make sure to format it FAT32 before starting.

OK I WILL GET THIS OUT FIRST... I AM A NEWBIE!!
HELP ME I NEED TO FLASH MY SPRINT HTC PRO TO CRICKET AND I HAVE NO CLUE WHERE TO START. I WANT TO FULLY FLASH IT SO I CAN USE MMS AND WEB. CAN ANYONE HELP ME???? PLEASE
