New Sprint Touch Pro will not update to any ROM

First of all im not a newbie. I have a new Touch Pro CDMA (Sprint) I've been able to flash roms on xv6700's and 6800's with no problem. So far I have downloaded and installed .net 3.5 and attempted to use raphaels HSPL 037 and even 025 with no success. everytime I just get stuck at a loading.... screen and it will not go farther. Is anyone familar with this issue? I notice that my active sync also during the process will disconnect as well but this happens on my laptop and desktop pc using either xp or vista. Any help would be appreciated. I can get out of the loading screen if I soft reset.
