got mine today at the Orange,CA BB store. was 215 otd. I just added another line to my plan to get it. They also got the 19.99 monthly addition fee for my 3rd line dropped to 9.99 and an additional 25% off that for being a Home Depot employee (ya 3 years ago worked for HD not anymore).

I tried to pick one up last time around.
They wouldn't give it to me even though I was eligible for a Sprint upgrade.
They told me I'd have to pay $447.00. Damn them.

Try again, multiple people have gotten this deal on Upgrades and even SERO plan (me)

I bought it from Sprint when they came back in stock and sold my Diamond to finance it.
Would've been nice to make a small profit, I paid $200 for my Diamond, and not have to worry about the rebate but I'm still happy.

Thanks so much. I've been following TP threads for months and this deal is probably as good as it gets right now. I'm headed for my nearest Best Buy Wednesday when I'm in town again. Qwest is forcing me to convert to Verizon before March 1 and I was definitely not up for that. The timing is almost perfect. I hope this later batch of TPs comes without some of the flaws reported earlier.

i found this dead the 26th of december. ordered a pro and im still waiting on the 3-5 days for them 2 get it in stock.

then im going 2 have 2 wqait on shipping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just went to the BB here in Bloomington,IL and this is exactly what they told me. Although, I am only at a "partial" upgrade. It's been 17 months of a 24 month contract though.
