I don't have a Touch Pro, but I have heard that Opera has some issues. Are you using PIE (Pocket Internet Explorer) or Opera? If you are using Opera, I'd recommend trying PIE though if you are. I remember running into that problem with my Apache when I had upgraded from WM 5 to WM 6 (I think). Things just kinda worked themselves out for me... I think.

Any one figure out how to use opera with logmein? PIE is such a terrible browser it makes the logmein.com experience almost unusable.

Also, PIE keyboard and on screen keyboard does not seem to work with logmein.com either.

What's different about the 6.0 and 6.1 RDP clients?

Finally...you, TOO?

I just got a Fuze to try and the same thing happens to me (RDP is preinstalled). I can log into and work on my client's domain controller (it's got a static IP) but when I close RDP and then "X" out of the Tools folder I get a crash (i.e. Windows standard message about "having a problem"). I've already gone through a hard reset on this device once "just in case".

Are you on Sprint, AT&T, Verizon?

There is a solution. It involves downloading and installing something called "KforTP" and activating it just before you gain access to your remote desktop (and deactivating it afterwards). The link to the CAB is on the LogMeIn site: just search for "Touch Pro" in the Free forums and you should be able to find it.

Has anyone figured how to prevent this error from occuring when closing RDP using task manager?

Re: Using RDP (Remote Desktop) on a Touch Pro Feedback

Thanks Basilray. I thought I was going crazy with my Touch Pro from Sprint trying to find the program. RDP was one of the main reasons for me getting the phone. Now that I have the cab and the program installed I'm all set.
