Funny, I have the Diamond and my b/f has the Pro.. most of the problems we've encountered are identical and almost all related to the tweaking and program choices... not out of box problems (well except for battery and loudness but those are fixed!).

Welcome it was driving me crazy that the normal color codes weren't working... I saved the webpage for reference incase it moves/closes. I have been messing with the colors and its ok to use non * codes.. also use a darker/lighter color for the up/down codes and you get a slightly ballooned look instead of a flat look.
