I'll give it a try BUT I don't believe it will work because its based off of wm5. The problem is that the color changes are now somehow connected to manila files and NOT the old system of just reg edits.

In TF3D??? could you explain how and show a screen shot. I cant get it to even change anything but the scroll bar when I am not in TF3D.

so how did it work for you if it is broken??? I would assume that if you say it works that you actually tried it. Please how you got it to work and explain the menu of HueExpress.......might be tough because it doesnt have one to even select changing the colors in the start menu, it will only make one minor change NOT associated with the start menu. But please explain how you got it to work.

i used it when i first got my pro but i think there was somthing where it didnt change all the colors it was supposed to. i also used it on my 6800 with wm6 to change the colors to black!

Changing the Base Hue will not do it.
I believe it's coded somewhere in the Manila files.
