Ive used the same pot to do all my covers and i have no stains or problems at all. I simply rinse them out with dish soap and rinse with plain water and Im good. My pot is perfectly fine

Let us know if you develop a form of digestive tract disease, brain damage, or muscle deterioration...

Or blackening of skin.

I'm just playin with you. Thank for the suggestion. I don't want this stuff to damage my pots!

I dyed mine yesterday. Store was out of the boxed version of RIT so I bought the liquid stuff.
Seemed to work just as well as the threadstarter, smells a little bit but hasn't rubbed off since I buffed the hell out of it.

i still like to take mine to a body shop and have it painted a nice matilac red/burgendy. or even one of those shape color changing paints that would be cool.

Body shop as in for vehicles?

I would think that dipping it in clear coat would protect it from fading.

how would you dip it in paint? you would have to airbrush or spray the clear coat on..... and you only want a thin layer added onto the phone.... if you go too thick clear coat will take forever to dry, will start to run, and will crack.....
