Excuse the caps but more and more people r reporting problems with this DIY method and alot can be traced back to having the water too hot. Its like telling ur kid over n over not to stick a fork in the electrical socket. After a while u need to pop them on the behind to make it sink in

LOL... SO mine looked like *** trying it make it blue, and it made it black instead... After using it for a week now, it some how looks perfect after I buffed it... LMAO! Color doesn't come off of it and it looks tons better then the stock gray! I only wish it was blue.. lol... I got another cover here to do, I just got to go buy some more dye...

i did both of my covers and i wasnt able to get a dark read (little darker than the diamonds cover) so i ended up with 2 blacks lol anyone want to trade a stock cover for a black one?
