Re: Anyone's Touch Pro have lots of "Wiggle" in the closed position?
The point is that there is nothing but friction to keep the phone closed. There is obviously a varying degree of tolerance in that friction, but as long as the phone does not slide open by gravity alone, it is normal and doing it's job as designed.

For those with a gap (wobble between kb and screen)
I just wanted to let you know the reason there is a gap isn't because anything's loose, it's because something's too tight. The right side of your phone (facing the screen with the dpad at the bottom) is a little too tight, so it forces the left side to come up slightly.
I took some scotch tape, cut around 15 pieces at about a quarter of an inch, and piled them up at the very edge opposite to the kb (the right side under the screen) then I took a larger peice and put it on top so there's like a little ramp and the screen doesn't get stuck. What this did for me was eliminate the game entirely. The entire phone has a uniform space now. I'm not saying use scotch tape (it's ugly) but I am saying if you can find something that blends well, use it on the very edge. Anything more than a quarter of an inch in and you're just raising the gap on the other side. Anyone have any ideas as to what wouldn't be noticable? Maybe some electrical tape, but that would leave a residue. I dunno. Hope this helps someone. |

I get a bit of wiggle near the bottom. It's easier to move in the direction opposite of the keyboard

Anyways, a little play is actually better - less chance of getting stuck and forcing something open a little too hard. My mogul has so much play that when I close it, the top actually slides a little too far and hangs over the bottom. |

Re: Anyone's Touch Pro have lots of "Wiggle" in the closed position?
suprisingly when i bought the phone, i brought this issue up. The guy i spoke too said that since this would be expected, just to take it in and tell them the problem. He said it is as simple as just adjusting two little screws to reduce or increase the tension
