Re: Just dropped my touch pro and scratched it. How can I get it replaced?

Same thing happened to me today. My phone was in PRO OEM case and still got damaged on one of the corners. Chrome chipped off.

I was wondering if failed rom upgrade would be detectable because I know that in my local sprint store they dont cover cosmetic damage to the phone.

All that haven after 32 days from purchase - 2 days earlier and I would exchange it under 30 policy grrrrr

I bet manufacturers are spending billions on the R&D of force fields... I wonder how that will effect battery life?

Same here, mine fell out of my truck while in the OEM case, chipped a piece of the Chrome off. Put a drop or 2 of epoxy in so at least it will be relatively smooth, bummer... Moral of story: Don't trust the OEM case to protect your phone.

just report the phone stolen and get a new on for $50 you get 3 claims a year and even though the old phone wont work anymore as a phone it will make sure you always have a charged batt

You dont have to do anything to file with Asurion, they dont check the phone over the phone, just tell them you peed on it, theyll send you a new opne and send the other one back, no one will look at it cause you peed on it
