I dunno, i find that if i'm willing to pay prices as advertised, I don't hit any snags.
Other than my current USPS discount, i haven't tried to get any spiffs or freebies. A while back i was going to drop data since i had been paying for PAM, but i no longer needed it. They counter-offered $10 power vision, and i took that. But I never go fishing for some extra freebie. I was trying to get a free mogul for a ppc-6700 a while back, but after 3 returns, i turned to ebay, bought one used, sold the 6700, then i was on my way. |

Same here. After thier last email reply, I sent them an email back saying to send me a return kit for my Pro as well as sending my old phone back and then cancel my service as I plan to move to a quality cell phone provider.
As of yet, I have not figured out what that provider is. Verizon or AT&T are my main options. I don't like either one to be honest. I like Sprints phones and the services offered by Sprint and they usually have the better priced plans but I can not deal with thier CS reps any longer. Was AT&T's Touch Pro gimped like Verizons?
