Reasons to return to bestbuy.

I been having some minor problems and I am wondering if it just me and I have a bad TP or its happening all around.

The volume of my calls seem really low and tingy sounding.

The battery gets very hot during calls maybe 20 to 30 minutes.

the sound i hear from media stuff is low as hell.

is this something constant or is should i return to BB for another unit?

also if i do return it to Bb is there a way to back up my TP like contats and stuff i already configured so i can transfer to a new TP when I get it?

If you don't use Activesync you can use PIM backup. It's free you just run the program save the contacts to your storage card and save the file to your computer, or whatever media you want to till you have your new device.

You should visit the FAQ's and Essentials posts at the top of the forum. Most of the problems you have asked about have been addressed already. In addition the search function works great too.

Sorry to sound harsh, but there is an outbreak of people asking the same question over and over again. The answers are here, you just need to search.

As far as the back up is concerned, toinejuan has already metioned a solution for that.

yeah ive bene going through threads... been reading a lot too. just needed an answer if i should go return it or not.


On another note does the it lags from when you hit a ket to a letter showing up in a text.

These all seem like the same problems that picky users complain about the phones from sprint.


I highly doubt that the phone you would get from sprint would be any different from Best buy. My phone has the same issues, slight keyboard lag and it gets very warm.the audiopara should fix your audio level problem.

Do you just troll through threads looking for people to insult? I mean seriously this is the 2nd or 3rd thread I've seen you calling people picky. If you aren't willing to accept that people are here to make these devices BETTER, then find something else to do with your time. I'm quite frankly sick of people like you flaming others because they ask if anyone else is having the issue. Many times, these "picky" issues end up having an easy fix released by either this community or XDA. I don't want to start a fight here, but seriously, if you can't accept that people want to find a way to fix these issues then go find something else to do with your time.
