They said that since I only had the Touch (and new contract) for one year, I only qualify for a $75 savings off the full retail price of $579. That means I miss out on most of the instant savings and the rebate.

This seems ridiculous to me. I have been a Sprint customer for over 5 years and have gotten my wife, both of my parents and my SIL/BIL to sign up with Sprint, but Sprint is going to treat me worse than someone who never gave them any business at all.

So for those of you that have upgraded, how much did it cost?
call *2 and explain that to them.

my normal bill is like $70 I bought a few things and added like$30. upgraded with 2year and my bill is $528. $399.99 for the pro 28 for tax on phone so it all adds up but you have to stay on top of sprint, they are quick to over charge you.

Re: Upgrading with Sprint? How much did you pay?

I was 5 months from my 2 year contract end...

My deal:
Touch Pro for $130

best part... I got to keep my Mogul, which I later sold for $180

So when people ask how much my phone was, I tell them negative 50 bucks.

$259 with tax at BBY after the 20% discount and contract renewal pricing. I'm trying for a $100 rebate on top of that, but don't expect it to be approved even though I think I meet the requirements.

Talking Re: Upgrading with Sprint? How much did you pay?

I have Sprint n Tmo- I work them against each other but Sprint will give the most thru the cancellation dept. So at the 1st prompt just say cancellation. I got the Diamond for 249.99 with 10 month ext but after my 2nd Diamond I said what will you do to keep me? 250 with 2 yr extension. And I like the pro a lot better than the Diamond. No heating up and no more errors. When I figure out who has the ROM I like best I will burn a new ROM.

$99 and got to keep my Mogul. Using it for a paperweight and after-work hockey puck for those late night pickup games of street hockey.
