I can only guess you don't have strong EVDO signal. I have been getting fairly consistent results on either EVDO or wifi with the settings in my previous post. Maybe I have lower expectations (it's not perfect). I did take a quick video of it running on my phone. Is there something wrong with this?

Can you have multiple remote connection to the box? Meaning have phone and a PC connected to it.

Mine doesn't look grainy at all. Although every 5 minutes it seems like the buffer runs out or something. And then it cuts out. So I have to disconnect and re-connect to slingbox. I watch LOTS of Slingbox and I bet Sprint pings my device to cut it, but that's just my conspiracy theory. HAHA. PITA but whatever. They come out with updates every month anyways.
