TP + 16GB micro= Is anyone rocking this combo?

actually if you use your TP as a music player it will last all day. I drove from nor cal to so cal which is about a 6 hour drive and not even half of my battery was gone. The touch pro actually has good battery, but the fact that the phone uses up so much energy when running certain functions, like ev-do running all day checking peoples emails, or if youre playing games and the screen is on, the screen and its brightness drain the battery. but for a phone only or a music player this baby will last for a minute.

I don't know dude my touch pro seems to last about 5 to 6 hours before my battery warns me it needs a recharge. And that's just from talking on the phone and maybe the occasional text. My job requires me to make and receive calls (usually short calls)every so often among other things. I just wish I knew all these tweaks that ppl seem to be doing to make the battery last longer because I've searched and havn't found anything that really seems to work minus a rom that is. I'm not ready to do that just yet. I'm still running stock with some tweaks though.

I use my phone to play music at work a lot and the best way i have found to save battery is turn off gps(my location) and set sync to 30 minutes or 1 hour. When i do these 2 things i can listen to music from my sdhc card pretty much all day without much too much battery trouble. Also i have a spare battery just in case.

I paid $15.99 for my 8GB Micro SD card, and it's a class 6.... It's on newegg for $13.99 with free shipping now! Took them a lil bit o time, maybe a week and a half, but I figured it was worth it...and it arrived in the mail today, excellent shape, by Transcend.

I'm rocking a 32GB SDHC . Carrying tons of uncompressed AVI files and watching it via Coreplayer or anywhere there's a t.v. near by.

Ive been using a 16gb class 2 card since christmas.

2 things ive noticed, filling it up with music will cause the music tab to load very slowly, a pain if you accidentaly stop too long on it.

also the 16gb card shows up in WinMobile as 14.8gb or something. not sure if this is just my card, i know it has to do with they way windows interprets a byte and how a harddrive registers a byte.

all in all im not complaining and very happy with it. although class 4 or 6 would be a bit nicer

Yeah but your phone looks like a science fair project gone wrong. I'll settle for the microsdhc cards and avoid voiding the warranty and hacking the case to pieces.
