Has anyone been able to order through ecare?

Damn, back ordered? Well I guess I shouldn't even be complaining about getting it tomorrow instead of yesterday or today.

Every thing was going so well...first thing this morning I found out my PITA manager was being transfered to a 30 month project....AWESOME. Then I was called into the VP's office and given both a raise and a promotion...SUPER AWESOME!!! Then got an email from ecare saying they were reordering the phone and upgrading the shipping to overnight...I stopped and bought a lottery ticket on the way home...then the email about the back order...now I probaly won't win millions tonight either...man every thing was going so well to.

Did they give you an estimate on how it would be on the backorder? I'm waiting to pick mine up at the Sprint Store, and they were sold out as of Tuesday.

no estimate...They were going to do an even swap for my Treo 755p, so I had them cancel the phone order, and since I don't use the Treo I had them send the return kit, and I will pick up the phone locally. Hopefully the local Best Buy still has them or even the local sprint store. And since I haven't used my upgrade credit plus the MIR..I might actually make money on this phone. Maybe that is my lotto winnings...since I didn't score any on my lotto ticket.

All I can say if I got mine yesterday from e care and it is a piece of junk.
Compared to my old touch , this thing is timmy, small screen , heavy , bulky , keyboard moves easily and is difficult to use. Doesn't feel anywhere as good in your hand as the touch .

It is going back immediately .
The touch is such a nice phone , until you try something newer , you don't realize how good it is

Lets see here, where should I start? Dude, everything you just stated is pretty obvious. You came from a touch that doesn't have a keyboard, that is lighter and less bulky. I mean if you don't like the form factor then say so but because you don't doesn't make the pro a piece of junk.

I was promised a PRO for my touch. Just had to pay the difference in the touch and the pro $230 MINUS $75 INSTANT and $75 credit to the bill. Problem is After follow up emails to sprint and a trip to sprint store no one seems to want to honor this deal. Question? Who do I contact to get this done and who takes care of the return kit? I am frustrated and can't seem to get in contact with the right people. Help please.

so i got my phone in yesterday. i called and complained a lot to sprint that my mogul was acting up and that the battery sucked (all true). They sent my new phone the same day and i received it yesterday. The guy even told me to keep my mogul as a spare phone. I got a hell of deal and i am very excited to start playing with this new touch pro
