I would post my my whole story but I will just leave it with with I paid $240 at BBY so I have no I idea why anyone would you use tele sales. I sent them back both Diamonds that I had. Anyways, instants savings it always better then Mail in rebates.

people get special deals through telesales, ecare, or retentions. Also, not all BBs carry sprint, like mine

Ah, they were all out about 1/2 day after getting them.

I want to get the TPro just cuz its new...fast...pretty...& fast....I just can't seem to toss my mogul yet though...It has been pretty solid now for a good 4-5 months w/ my current kitchen build I'm on...I try to squeeze all the life I can out of all my electronics....I may give in though if I see this baby in person.

The touch Pro is the best. I purchased 2 of them already from BB. They have kept them in order here in NC. I actually called Sprint to return my Diamond for a Touch Pro and they told me i could not order until Nov 2 . Now i see you guys ordered ill reorder the other Tomorrow as Ecare promised a good price

I'm going to try again today. Not really sure what else I can say. If you've read all my posts, you can see that I've basically tried everything =/ And I've been told at the Sprint store before that SERO customers have to order through SERO, they can't get one in stores, so I highly doubt I can get one at BB. Otherwise, I'd just do that.
