I hear that, I'm also out in Hawaii, but I've never had much trouble with UPS, they're usually on time--not sure if it depends where you're at in what city and what island exactly, probably plays a factor. Although it has been known to be one day late give or take due to yeah, being out here in the islands. I tell you what though, it's better than waiting for it to ship to our stores out here--I been calling these guys up and they still don't have a release date, one of them told me they're expecting it mid november cuz of hawaii shipping, madness.

Good the hear that UPS may come though in Oahu. I too called the stores and they said the same thing mid to late november. I've been itching to play with a new gadget. As you know, Hawaii do not have many tech type store. Though we have a bestbuy, they do not sell sprint phones I guess that is the price we pay to live in paradise.

I'm in Hawaii too. Ordered mine through retentions at &:30 HST with overnight shipping. Prob. won't get it until Mon. or Tues. I will say that I haven't had a problem with UPS though

What number did you guys call to place a order. i called retentions and they told me its not out yet and they had a meeting 2 days ago and they said it will be out on middle of december. HELP!

dial * 2 and ask for order support then have them talk to account services if they give you a problem with a retentions offer.

ive tried telesales a bunch of times...keep trying to sell me the phone for $399 right now and then i get the $100 mail in rebate. I'm on my 4th mogul right now, so not really trying to spend that much. how did some of you get the phone cheaper?
