Just put my order through. I'm on SERO, got $150 upgrade and $100 MIR even though I signed up in Jan '08. Very excited.

OMG. I've had the worst luck. Until today! Fisrt I was in BestBuy (BB) on Saturday, had a TP in my hand and much to my dismay, Sprint would allow the upgrade because the Diamond I had was not physically back in their inventory. AHHHHH. Then I decided to get the upgrade on another line only to find that BB had sold the phone they had on hold for me. We drove 1 hr to the BB with the Pro and I talked to them 1 1/2 prior to make sure they had it with my name on it! Next, Sprint said my phone wasn't eligible for upgrade because they hadn't received the Diamond back within 30 days. It was deactivated and the return kit was ordered within the specified time. Final result today is that RETENTIONS made note to my account. Here's the convelouded process. Buy the TP from Telesales at FULL RETAIL PRICE, then return the Diamond, then call Retentions back to get the credit back. They now owe me $806 but will honor the BB out the door price of $239. Holy crap!

Now if they only ship today...........

I tried twice through ecare so i could get my deal.. twice they said.. please contact us back on November 2nd. I even mentioned telesales had it going but they told me come back in a few days. I even told them about some people ordering through Telesales

I got it for #399 -$150 ecare rebate - $100 HTC rebate = $149+ tax = under $200

=]

BTW: I was transferred to a special "SERO Employee Sales" dept to order my phone.

Man, I want an Pro so bad but I think I should wait till December 1st (when I qualify for the $75 upgrade rebate). Argh.

oK.. i CALLED TELESALES AND THEY ARE SELLING IT BUT AT FULL PRICE AND ONLY GET 75 DISCOUNT CUZ OF MY upgrade status. SO i said I need a better deal because I was given the Diamond for 249.99 out the door so I wouldn't get the account closed. They said only way they can give me a better deal is thru retentions. They (telesales) do not give out discounts. So they tranffered me to retentions and told them my story and they said even thou Telesales is selling it THEY cannot sale it since its not on their systems. And if I got a good deal on the Diamond to stay as a customer then they SHOULD be able to give me a similar deal but only pay the difference of the PRo in which is 50 dollars morew. So i would get the phone for 300.00 out the door. One question is.. all the ppl that placed a successful order, did you buy it thru telesales or retentions?

I just tried emailing them back as well, stating that Telesales said it was available. We'll see what they say but if your email is any indication I'll be waiting til Sunday to purchase it. No biggie tho... I waited this long.

telesales, paid full retail personally.

I had the same thing happen. I was calling expecting to order at full retail.

I have the exact sit as you ordered mine through sero telesales... returning my diamond and paying the difference
