cant edit or replace welcomehead, its a system/rom/hidden file. how do i change this?

u cant use the native file exporer application, u have to use a third party application ...resco explorer or total commander for example... try renaming your new picture to welcome.png .. then copy over to your windows folder via one of the third party apps i mentioned above ... then rename the file to the correct name and say yes if it asks u if u want to overwrite... save the original file if u ever want to go back to that terrible green boot screen..

I thought I saw a 3d driver from a nokia phone that people were saying added a nice boost in performance for the touch pro. Was that for the GSM version only..?
