Raw buffer is not the standard Windows API. The standard APIs are GDI and DirectDraw.

Re: S2U2 vs Touch Pro

I seem to have problems when I have s2u2 installed, no matter the setting. when unlocking bluetooth shuts off. peoples tab (speed dial with picture contacts) slows to a CRAWL. Those are the two main things. Insight anyone?

Re: S2U2 vs Touch Pro

I reinstalled 1.33, also edited the insert stylus rule for gyrator and it got rid of the double locking. Have received a few phone calls so far and taken it on and off power and everything is ok. Also I think waiting a second before sliding has made a differance although there has been 2x in the last 2 hours where I had to unlock through su2u twice. (before i was having to unlock s2u2 and windows unlock).

Re: S2U2 vs Touch Pro

Update, s2u2 again centered itself on the screen i let the phone fall asleep on its own and not by tapping the power button and everytime thereafter. luckly I had unlock on stylus remove so I got around it. Also noticed many times I press the power button to bring the screen on it will shut right back off and have to hit it a second time.

Re: S2U2 vs Touch Pro

I don't know if I want to use S2U2 for caller ID anymore... The default Pro dialer has the option to ignore with text message... can't do that on S2U2... hrm

Iweisenb, i'm getting the same issue with s2u2 being centered on the screen and not being able to unlock it. I still have the stylus to unlock (thankfully) By chance did you install that gyrator 2 software?

When I first saw the TP's caller ID, I didn't even bother turning on the option to have S2U2 as a caller ID when I installed it.

Re: S2U2 vs Touch Pro

Those of you having issues with S2U2... are you using the VGA version? I don't get any weird centering issues or power flickers (i did get the flickers on my mogul with s2u2 qvga though)...

Baffles, just double checked the cab file and it says s2u2-1.33 vga

I wonder if it could be related to another application that I have installed on the phone. Do you have that gyrator 2 installed?

ha, I didn't even think to ask that---good catch.

Yeah, the only good thing about S2U2's caller ID screen, is that it's full-screen, and is pocket-friendly.

Although, I find that I pull my phone out of my pocket anyways when it rings, so I dunno--kinda torn between them. I love S2U2, but it has always lacked on certain notifications, like IM... I wish there was a way for it to detect AT LEAST the built-in OZ messaging...
