Re: Touch Pro Build Date
bought at BB yesterday 12-22-08
build date: 11-28-2008. question: I'm assuming the rectangle below the micro sd card slot is the water test mark. Is it suppose to be completely white, because mine is showing lines crossing each other. Haven't dropped or exposed phone to anything. Any advice is appreciated. |

Re: Touch Pro Build Date
Just got a brand new replacement this time - build date 12/9/08 and this thing is rock solid. Keyboard slides well, sides are just as sensitive as middle, keyboard is lit pretty evenly (my last one had a gap on the keyboard with light shining through - very annoying). Home button doesn't seem raised either.

If this thing is as good as you have made it sound, then a lot of people will be very happy--assuming they can get their hands on one. Also, if you could try making a 2 hour phone call, while on the charger, starting with 100% battery, and see if it drains at all... That's our biggest problem--the overheating... I didn't think that really mattered--did it? |

Re: Touch Pro Build Date
Not a big deal to me, but there is some guy here who is insisting that PRL 60750 doesn't exist just because he works for Sprint and they didn't tell him about it, he says "it's a typo". I'm just trying to clear things up.

Re: Touch Pro Build Date
ok so i found out my d pad is outside the circle.. duh.
My water makr pads are red and white too, so that must be the new design. my first TP had the smooth bottom, but this one has the dpad area raised slightly. oh well. |
