1st one was 10/12 - speaker/volume issues
2nd one is 10/16 - no issues so far....

Mine is 10/12. From Best Buy. Looks like one of the earliest.

I have the heat-up issue (get hot, and then stops charging till cools). No headset buzz issue that I've heard, but I use BT headset/speaker.

thats not an "issue".. LI-Ion technology is designed to do this. thats standard on ALL LI-ION batteries. heat will damage the cells and if they overheat due to charging, can explode.

10/14- battery issues and screen is insensitive at the edges (scroll bar)

Debating if I should return it and get another one.
