But yeah, you make it sound like its a big disappointment on release. Anyone who followed the phone was already aware of the loss of buttons and such.

I personally am adjusting to the different setup, loss of buttons, etc, but I like it way better because it actually works, its nice and speedy with the extra ram, and the screen is way nicer. I also like the fact that I have almost 200MB of ram free on boot, as opposed to only having 20 or so megs free on the Mogul.

All the photos were taken by the Mogul, so it's almost a daily thing. The photos often have to be referenced months later, or found and re-sent to a different sub-contractor, etc. I have had to replace my Mogul 3 times, and was so hoping this would work better. I did know about the buttons, and was worried about that, but thought if all else was better it'd be okay. I NEVER was going to be an early buyer, that makes no sense to me, since I rely on a stable device, which the Mogul somewhat is at this point.

That post was a humorous ribbing of those willing to wait in line, drive long distances, pay too much, etc., for a device that the only online evidence we had was from the GSM version on XDA, which was plagued with issues, and threads of some people returning it and going back to what they had.

I'm in the same boat as you in regard to the buttons. I knew what I was getting into, but its a hard transition.

Have you had any luck remapping the Home and left arrow buttons using AE Button Plus?

I was never going to personally be an early adopter, and was just playing with folks who just HAVE TO GET THIS, come hell or high-water. I always do my research first, and so far, the research says "bad investment". I do wish that wasn't the case.

I agree. If that would remove most of the issues, and it was more stable and had no Bluetooth issues, I may jump. But so far, there are no threads from people who ONLY use it with the ICI (Interactive Cartoon Interface) turned off, and use it for business.

I used one to translate languages while traveling as a GI
