I haven't tried that but doesn't it just increase the volume? Or is it supposed to improve clarity? I'm no expert but my earpiece sounds very crackly too. I was inclined to think that would be more of a hardware issue, rather than a software issue. Am I wrong?

Ok had mine a few days now and had the same problem, after turning it off and back on a few different times now the earpiece sounds great haven't tried the speaker yet but the earpiece and mic are working great now. Just FYI

im having probles reviewing the small pictures..after viewing a few it goes grey screen and then it goest to the main home screen..anyone????

Did wonders for my TP and my GF's Diamond.... Just try it... It doesn't take that much time!

For some reason my EVDO is not connecting. My dad is using a treo with EVDO connectivity. How do i obtain the username/password? I called sprint customer service but they just told me to go to the sprint website

I'm having issues as well. It seems that when I'm in one of the programs I installed & try to use the keyboard to type, the cursor move but whatever I type doesn't appear till I slide the keyboard back in

I'm having some trouble with TF3D. When I click on my calendar items from the Home tab or "All People" from the People tab they open the standard WM calendar and contacts apps respectively. I've installed ThumbCal and iContact and set them up to be the default calendar and contacts apps but the WM apps keep opening. Anyone have a suggestion?

When I installed s2u2 yesterday, my phone slowed down a lot. After uninstalling it, my phone when back to what it was. I think s2u2 is a little too buggy for this phone. I was using the latest version, which is 1.32.

My cursor doesn't move at all. The keyboard lights up and the Function and Caps lock light up.

Woops. The flashlight problem seems to have been dealt with, just not in the manner I would have preferred:

Also, maybe someone has figured out how to map keyboard buttons such that games such as worms world party can use them? Otherwise the games are unplayable. Although they do seem to adjust easily to the new higher resolution, which is impressive.

LOL. I know what you mean about how it doesn't make sense. With WM there are some anomalies which no body knows how to explain.

This is right!!! I was hitting the damn wheel! I'm going to take this and add it to the D-Pad thread! This is how it should be used! Thanks again!

Got my EVDO to connect. Once you make a call to Sprint you will need to get your MSL and type ##DATA# into the keypad and you will be able to edit something. Afterwards you will need to go to your phones settings and update profile. You might have to remove and replace battery for the update profile to work. Hope this helps :)

Weather was only recently just fixed, I'm pretty sure it started working today. Makes sense since this is the real "official" launch date for most BB locations and Sprint.

I noticed it started actually working today without the workaround.

Since i upgraded my phone. my data connection has not worked at all. i called sprint and the just told me to enter a different MSIN number or somthing like that. still did not work. sprint customer service is closed for the night so i was just wondering if anybody had any clue how to fix this problem. i read eariler in this thread u need to dial ##data# but it asks me for a pin code which i do not have. also tried deleting and recreating a connection in the settings menu, that didnt work. so does any body have the same problems?


EDIT- RESOLVED, I called sprint they told me to go to Settings/Systems/update profile and it worked.

I have they gyrator2 working on my sprint toch pro so far in all programs, not just for pics.. been playing wid it for two hours now.. will post results in a few days.. seems good so far.. did you download the latest version from his wbsite? here it is just incase : http://gyrator.brins0.net

My internet worked for a couple hours then I called customer care and it said an update was available. After it compeleted I lost data. I had the best buy guy write down the MSL when he activated the phone so I double checked the settings in ##DATA against my 6700 and noticed that the Active User Profile Index was 0 on the pro and 1 on the 6700. Changed it to 1 and reset the phone and now data works fine.

i have the same issue. i have installed .net compact framework also. i believe it is either that or the picture mail .cab off the sprint website. its annoying as I can't type in landscape mode rendering the keyboard useless.

S2U2 latest VGA version is working fine for me without any apparant slowdowns. Only issue is that it seems to only randomly display weather data from M3D.

The only other issue I have at the moment is that audiomanager crashes whenever I go to the music tab, though I think that is due to having a problem mp3 or something on my sd card.

unsesitivity around edges, and also smaller font on the start menu or at least allow to change the font there.
