if your out of contract you can get it lower than 250 from what I have read.

I picked my Touch Pro up at the Best Buy in Secaucus, NJ on Saturday. There was another fellow there just ahead of me and the staff there hadn't the slightest what to do with the 20% promotion. One guy in particular swore up and down that we must have missed a bar-coded coupon and that we'd have to come back once we found it. I went back there today during lunch today and the CS rep claimed that they were supposed to mail out said vouchers but never did, and would be doing so this week. I eventually got the guy at the CS counter to do a price adjust, so if anyone is still waiting on them, I'd recommend heading back and bugging them.

Ecare told me i can swap out my mogul for the touch pro and pay the difference. Will i be able to get the TP from BBY or do i have to wait till telesales or the sprint store gets them?
