Got IT!!!!! HTC Touch Pro for spint from Best buy - Page 43

Here's a cute little story.......
Called Best Buy which is an hour away and asked about availability. The guy said he had six. Called Sprint to see if they could sell them to me and with the 20% discount. She said that I couldn't get them from Sprint and if I wanted them had to go to Best Buy until next week. Sent two employees on the one and a half hour trip to get three of them to upgrade three of my 19 activations (9 are out of contract). They got to Best Buy and after much adioux my employees were told that Best Buy was not allowed to sell them to us. So not only does being a Platnum Premier Sprint customer not get me any equipment advantages, it keeps me from getting equipment that people with consumer accounts get. Apparently I have no choice but to wait until the 2nd (3rd according to Premier cs) and all others can go to Best Buy and buy them today ............... wow

You obviously don't want the phone that bad then. 10AM isn't that early...

Also, to those having SERO problems, I don't knwo why. I didn't have to do anything, but I don't know what the guy at my BB said to sprint. The manager did tell him to make sure he sends an email to <someone> to get credit for the sale when he was punching in my 20% off.

Got one of the few in Northern California this morning. Just beat about three other people to the single phone they had left. Even a Best Buy manager from Sacramento arrived after me looking to get a Pro. I felt a little bad... just a little.

Took them awhile to set it up, but all is good. They were dubious of the 20% off, but complied anyway.

Oh, I had to drive about 40 miles to Auburn to get mine.

I saw 2 guys have issues with the reward coupon because it didn't have a barcode.

I bought mine without the reward coupon, but the manager said I could bring it in later.

i had a HARDDDDD time using the coupon but DONT GIVE UP GUYS...i almost did and my wife was like "eff that". i stood my ground and after a call to manager and 20 min later my price was dropped about $60 bones.

STAND YOUR GROUND FELLAS OR LADIES!!!!!!!

the reason they dont want to do it is because they lose "credit" for the sale because they have to manually enter the price.

Some BB's aren't selling them until 10/26 and each store only has 6

That's odd...I have a business account and I was able to get it at BB.

incorrect. there was about 3 stores here in san antonio,tx that received about 10-15 of em. they opened the storage closet where they all were and there was ALOT...

they sold about 6 while i was there and received numerous calls for them and they still had about 10 or so left.

EDIT: i also have a Platinum Premier Account and i was able to get one. strange that you couldnt. my family business has about 25-30 lines with em and have been with em for many many years.
