Apperantly there is only 1 store in the South Jersey area that carries sprint (the Best Buy Mobile in the Moorestown Mall). I called them, they said they had it, got there 20 minutes later and they had sold the only 3 they got

The guy there was nice enough to write it up so I would still get the $299 price once they get them in, but he did not know when that was. Guess I get to call them every day at lunch now

Yes I did. It took awhile since the person selling the phone and one of the managers haven't seen the coupon before. I renewed a two year contract, with my SERO plan, so they can do it. The total came out to $253.40

I need to find a BBY rep around here that can contact Sprint and discuss notes on my account. I do not have a SERO plan, but they tend to work with SERO customers and contact Sprint. But in terms of notes(upgrade issues) on Sprint accounts, the two seem like they do not communicate!

Good luck, that might be hard to find. I would still try, but you might have to wait for Sprint to release it.

Thanks, I need all the luck I can get! The Brookfield Sprint store said they will have it 11/17/08.

Got mine today in Melrose Park, IL. I was the first to buy one and all the employees were talking about wanting to get one. I was in the 12-22 month window with SERO. Total was $459.99-20%= 367.99...404.79 OTD...dang 10% sales tax! For SERO they will have to call but it is no problem, on the coupon there was confusion on how to enter it, in the end it looks like they did a manual override.

Okay, so I went to Best Buy down the hill from my house and got the only one left, right when they opened! ONLY reason I got it is because it had it indicated in their system that I was eligible for a 2 year renewal upgrade as of July! I guess so. Works for me.

All I know is, my Touch Pro is charging right now, I had one of the cutest Best Buy employees I've seen helping me out (although, very scary cuz I found out she was super young; senior in high school) and I paid less than Sprint even offered me! $259 and change (including tax).

The sales associate girl had to have her manager come over and input it manually and didn't have to argue with her at all. They were both WAY more helpful than the Westwood branch!

Love the phone and the fact that it's THINNER than the mogul, makes the depth less noticable. And it really is shorter than the mogul slightly. Honestly, it feels very much like the older nokia phones and I can't see why anybody would think this is like a brick. So much more comfortable to hold than the mogul!

And I still feel like the chrome and silver is VERY nice!

What did the associate tell Sprint? My BB associate called CS twice and said I couldn't get the phone at BB, I'd have to get it from Sprint or a Sprint store. Thanks.
