Okay, so I went to Best Buy down the hill from my house and got the only one left, right when they opened! ONLY reason I got it is because it had it indicated in their system that I was eligible for a 2 year renewal upgrade as of July! I guess so. Works for me.

All I know is, my Touch Pro is charging right now, I had one of the cutest Best Buy employees I've seen helping me out (although, very scary cuz I found out she was super young; senior in high school) and I paid less than Sprint even offered me! $259 and change (including tax).

The sales associate girl had to have her manager come over and input it manually and didn't have to argue with her at all. They were both WAY more helpful than the Westwood branch!

Love the phone and the fact that it's THINNER than the mogul, makes the depth less noticable. And it really is shorter than the mogul slightly. Honestly, it feels very much like the older nokia phones and I can't see why anybody would think this is like a brick. So much more comfortable to hold than the mogul!

And I still feel like the chrome and silver is VERY nice!
