i finaly got my tp today from a local sprint store in santa ana ca.they only receive 3.and where schedule to be sold on nov 2

Does that mean I can run the USB cable from my computer to the HTC-TPro without PAM, and it will work? Forgive me if that sounds like a "duh" question, but if that's what you're saying that's $13 I can knock off my bill now!

You can run the phone without PAM, but Sprint technically doesn't want you doing it.. The thing you want to consider is if Sprint can tell what you are doing. On the Mogul there were ways to set it up so Sprint couldn't tell you were tethering.

yes i call and ask when they will have the tp available.and the man that answer told me they already have them.but when i got there they told me the release day was nov 2 but i ask for the man i talk to and he got me one

Just ordered mine through telesales. They even waived the overnight fees for me.

But my question is, will it actually be overnight according to today? Or will the shipping information be processed tomorrow since I ordered at like 6:30 Mountain time?

I was experiencing issues with trying to facilitate an exchange with the phone not showing in order supports system, so I started calling local stores and found one that had the phone. The lady told me," Yes we do have the TP in stock, unfortunately we cannot sell it until Sunday." So I asked to speak to the store manager, after explaining that I was not looking to do anything but swap out the phone for a mogul that I got new 2 weeks ago, he would do it for the difference. I just recieved a TP upgrade from a replaced mogul for 30 bucks, and left the store with it today!
