That's what I did. They gave me $100 up front a month ago, then $75 was promised to me after buying the phone. I emailed back and asked if BB counted and they said just to email them a copy of the receipt. So I did and got all my credits, and that was 6 days ago. Been touching my pro all week

i have two accounts. one wasnt elibile for upgrade so that one i have to get through retentions.

other one i bought through BB and they credited my account $125 once i e-mailed them the receipt.

Anyone got their phones via telesales today? Was it truly overnight shipping? I'm waiting for Executive Services to send my phone out but,it will probably be next week sometime since I'm getting it FREE.

For those of us having phones issued to us through our employers, our Sprint corporate sales rep. said that he will not get the corporate sales pricing until Monday 11/2. But, he will take our order that day, and ship the TP's to us overnight. Since he told me that the release would be 11/2 back on 9/26, I believe him to be a credible source. I also assume that confirms that all sprint channels will have the TP available by 11/2.

Sprint let me upgrade a week early so he said he was going to just credit my account with the $150. I bought the Touch Pro for $245 at BB. I figured that price took the $150 into consideration, but I just got my bill instead of my normal $107 bill, it shows a credit of $43. Looks like I got the $150 credit twice...for now. So after selling my Diamond and this, I paid about $40.

Ordered mine yesterday morning through telesales and tracking says "OUT FOR DELIVERY"

How could they have received via telesales before today when yesterday morning was the first day that telesales/retentions were taking orders?(According to Crit)

Same day delivery?
