I was experiencing issues with trying to facilitate an exchange with the phone not showing in order supports system, so I started calling local stores and found one that had the phone. The lady told me," Yes we do have the TP in stock, unfortunately we cannot sell it until Sunday." So I asked to speak to the store manager, after explaining that I was not looking to do anything but swap out the phone for a mogul that I got new 2 weeks ago, he would do it for the difference. I just recieved a TP upgrade from a replaced mogul for 30 bucks, and left the store with it today!
